The final two events at EPT Barcelona 2023 were dominated by Latin American players: Argentina’s IgnacioSagra won event #62 NL 10K and Uruguay’s Jorge Ramellawon event #63 NL Last Chance 1K.

Event #62 had 37 entries worth €10,300, with €358,900 ($386,817) allocated among six finalists. Ignacio took first place and the biggest prize of his short career: €123,850 ($133,484). He won three bonuses in Barcelona, ​​finishing 138th in the 5km main event for €15,550 ($16,788) and finishing 52nd in the 10km high roller for €19,350 ($20,940).

Event #63 had 104 entries worth €1,050 and a prize pool of €99,840 ($107,606). Among the 15 prizes, Argentina’s Luciano Macchiarelli finished in 14th place, winning €1,700 ($1,832).

Jorge Ramella took home the spades trophy and the €19,450 ($20,963) prize for first place after three people were dealt. It was his second cash win in Barcelona this year, as he finished 335th in the Estrellas Poker Tour Main Event for €4,650 ($5,058).
